Being a woman in business can be incredibly challenging. It requires such a delicate balance of masculine and feminine energy, and many of us find ourselves juggling the demands of entrepreneurship with taking on the lionness's share of caring for children, animals and elderly parents. Is it any wonder we're knackered a lot of the time! Introducing the Pause for Progress sessions. Held once a month at lunchtime over Zoom, these sessions will be an opportunity for Co-Women to take a pause, reflect on where we're at with our businesses right now, appreciate everything that has been achieved that month and support each other as we brainstorm new ideas and set intentions and goals for the following month. Facilitated by Jude Schweppe (ACC) who is the founder of both A Little Fresh Ginger and The Fuchsia Fox, each session will be a powerful blend of pausing, reflecting, allowing time and space for creative thinking and insights, problem solving, peer support and some light touch coaching from Jude. While taking a pause is a key element of the session, we are also firmly focused on progress - moving our businesses forward with ease, grace and flow and overcoming the inevitable speed bumps and challenges that we'll face with the same energy. There will be a light structure to each session but we will also work with whatever each person brings into the space and allow things to unfold as they need to. Sessions are free but pre-booking is necessary as places are limited to 4 people per session. If you're ready to make pausing, reflecting and celebrating your wins as much a part of your business growth as planning, brainstorming and hitting those goals, then these sessions are for you.
